Caroline Darling | Assistant Vice President & Assistant Underwriter

Caroline assists the underwriting and legal teams with country research and analysis; and manages our global portfolio and country exposures. Caroline is also Sovereign's administrative representative for the Berne Union Intranet. Before joining Sovereign, Caroline worked for three years as Tournament Manager for one of Bermuda's biggest sporting events, the XL Capital Bermuda Open. She also worked for a large independent stock brokerage firm on the NYSE, where she supported the operations team on clearing and settlements and the marketing team on increasing their client base in the US and Europe.

Caroline has a Bachelor of Science degree from Surrey University and has a Corporate Secretarial Certification.
